Local Orders:
If you live in the Moncton New Brunswick (Canada) area and want to pick up your order, select the Pick Up option at checkout and skip the shipping charge! Orders are usually ready within 1-2 days. We will contact you by email or text when your order is ready, to set up a pickup time
Canada:
- $15 flat rate shipping Canada wide, FREE shipping on orders $80 and over
- $4 shipping on orders of lip balms only (up to 7 lip balms in one order)
- We ship all orders within 1-3 business days using Canada Post
- At certain busy times of the year (holidays) there are some shipping delays, orders may take longer to arrive
- All shipped packages will provide a tracking number, with the exception of lip balm only orders using the $4 flat rate ship
U.S.:
- $15 CAD flat rate shipping throughout U.S., FREE shipping on orders $100 CAD and over
- $4 CAD shipping on orders of lip balms only (up to 7 lip balms in one order)
- We ship all orders within 1-3 business days using Canada Post/USPS
- At certain busy times of the year (holidays) there are shipping delays, so expect longer shipping times
- All shipped packages and will provide a tracking number, with the exception of lip balm only orders using the $4 flat rate ship
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs
