RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products, but if there is any problem with our order please contact us at adele@nicndelsoaps.com and we will be happy to assist you with your concerns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We do accept order cancellations, as long as we are contacted within an hour of placing the order.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES:
If your oder is lost, or arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at adele@nicndelsoaps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (packaging and contents). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
