RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products, but if there is any problem with our order please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with your concerns.
We do accept order cancellations, as long as we are contacted within an hour of placing the order.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES:
If your oder is lost, or arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (packaging and contents). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
